Your satisfaction means everything to us. Each order is carefully inspected before shipping, but if an issue arises, we’re here to assist.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are available within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To qualify:

  • Hair must be unused, unwashed, uncolored, and unaltered.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Returns:
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Non-Eligible Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn or installed items

  • Washed, colored, cut, or altered hair

  • Custom or final-sale products
